A photo shoot in Kyiv ended in murder - the photographer strangled the model. Both participants in the case turned out to be citizens of the Russian Federation.
This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office.
In particular, a 28-year-old Russian citizen was reported to be suspected of premeditated murder.
A male photographer and his female model roommate rented a photo studio in the Sviatoshynskyi district of the capital. There, the couple used drugs and alcohol, staying overnight in the studio.
So, during such leisure time, the suspect strangled a 21-year-old woman. In the morning, the dead model and her roommate were discovered nearby by the owner of the premises.
The sanction of the article provides for a penalty of imprisonment for a term of 7 to 15 years.
"We note that the man, as well as his cohabitant, are citizens of the Russian Federation who were wanted in their homeland," the prosecutors specified.
