On Tuesday, Dec. 12, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived at the US Senate.

The Ukrainian Head of State will meet with senators and congressmen to discuss the provision of military and financial assistance to Ukraine.

The party leaders of the Senate: Chuck Schumer (Democrats) and Mitch McConnell (Republicans) met Ukrainian President. This will be followed by a closed session meeting with members of upper chamber of the U.S. Congress.
It is also reported about an upcoming meeting between Zelensky and Joe Biden and U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson.
We shall remind you that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived to the USA on Dec. 11 after a visit to Argentina, where he attended the inauguration of President Javier Milay. The Head of State of Ukraine met with Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Charles Brown at the US National Defense University.
Earlier we wrote that the US may announce another package of military aid to Ukraine by the end of December.
