A new Russian offensive is expected in late May or June, and Ukraine needs help now.
This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in an interview with CBS News.
He emphasized that usually, when Russians attack with artillery and destroy villages, they always try to occupy them afterwards. "We don't know what will be tomorrow," the Head of State admitted.
"With spring approaching, Ukraine's forces had managed to hold off Russian advances and stabilize the situation, but Ukraine is not ready to defend itself against another major Russian counteroffensive," the President noted.
He is confident that if Ukraine loses, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, who is determined to return the Soviet Union, will not stop at this point. "War can come to Europe and the United States. Even tomorrow, the missiles can fly to any state," Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned.
