The head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Andriy Kovalenko, stated that Russia plans to use the DPRK military for war on the territory of Ukraine, but allegedly on "Russian territory according to the Russian constitution," since they have inscribed Ukrainian lands into their constitution.
Kovalenko wrote about this on his Telegram channel.
According to him, Russia also actively imports labor from the DPRK - women and men for production, mainly young people aged 18 to 25. For this, the DPRK authorities receive funds from Russia, starting at $1,000 per person.
"Here, Russia is acting in the same way as the Soviet government acted after the Korean War, attracting cheap labor from Korea for production, paying off the North Koreans with resources. As a rule, the Koreans themselves and their relatives receive a smaller part of the money that Russia pays the DPRK authorities for their involvement," Kovalenko said.
