Ukrainian presidential candidate Volodymyr Zelensky and his team has arrived at the Elysee Palace where they met with French President Emmanuel Macron.
A video of this meeting has been posted on the Facebook page of the Zelensky team.
"The meeting began at about 15 o'clock and should have lasted no more than half an hour, because at 15:30, the French president was scheduled to hand over credentials to ambassadors," the statement reads.
Ze!Team posted a video clip of the meeting. Zelensky is accompanied by ex-Finance Minister Oleksandr Danyliuk, Chairman of Zelensky's election campaign headquarters Ivan Bakanov and ex-member of Ukraine's National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) Ruslan Riaboshapka. France's Ambassador to Ukraine Isabelle Dumont is also present.
