On Wednesday, July 17, the special monitoring mission of the OSCE found 22 reactive systems of volley fire BM-21 "Grad" near the village of Crystal (Luhansk region).
This was reported by the headquarters of the operation of the United forces with reference to the OSCE report dated July 18, 2019.
In addition, 18 units of weapons located outside certain storage areas were discovered. In particular, July 14, in the area of Shymshynivka, Luhansk region, 11 tanks were found, and on July 17, near the village of Ternove, another seven tanks were observed.
According to "Apostrophe", earlier militants noticed a dangerous weapon in Donbass.
Besides, a cache of fighters with the weapon from Russia was found on Donbass. Law enforcement authorities established that that the garage with weapons belongs to the inhabitant of the Kherson area who now is in Russia.
