The DPRK has supplied the Russian Federation with about one million munitions, including artillery shells for the ATGM "Fagot" and missiles for "Grads".
This information was revealed by South Korean intelligence, said Defense Express editor-in-chief, Oleg Katkov on the air of Apostrophe TV.
"The very number of 1 million we know from the reports of South Korean intelligence. Out of satellite images they counted the number of railroad trains that were involved in the transportation," he said.
According to Katkov, the delivery was carried out in an emergency mode and the missiles from the DPRK were quickly delivered to the front. But later it turned out that they have too high dispersion rates, which reduces accuracy and leads to overconsumption.
In addition, the missiles were found to be defective. According to Defense Express editor-in-chief, the degree of defect may vary, but in any case it casts doubt on the quality of what North Korea sends to Russians.
