Russia launched 7.4 thousand missiles on the territory of Ukraine in 2023. One third of this number is accounted for the S-300 and S-400 anti-aircraft guided missiles.
This is reported by Strategic Communications of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, subordinate to the General Staff.
Military noted that Russians fired about 900 Iskander-M ballistic missiles and 48 "Kinzhal" missiles. They also counted the number of Russian-Iranian "Shahed" kamikaze drones, which the occupiers used to attack Ukraine during the year. There are about 3.7 thousand of them. At the same time, the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed about 2900 units.
Earlier in November, the Ukrainian Main Directorate of Intelligence said that Russia had at that time approx:
- 165 Kalibr cruise missile;
- 160 Kh-101, Kh-555 and Kh-55 missiles with a warhead;
- 290 Iskander-M and Iskander-K missiles;
- 80 Kinzhal missiles;
- 150 Kh-22/Kh-32 missiles.
