Search and rescue operations after Russian missile attack on Pokrovsk, Donetsk Region, on the night of January 6 have ended.
This was reported by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ihor Klymenko on Telegram.
According to him, five victims were identified. In particular, three of the victims were identified as residents of the village of Rivne: a three-year-old girl, a father and mother, aged 32 and 30. A 34-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman were also identified in Pokrovsk.
According to the Minister, the victims were searched for with the help of trained dogs.
Investigators are now examining the found body fragments, and criminalists are taking biological samples and identifying them.
"Preliminarily, 11 people and their families were killed as a result of the Russian strike," added Igor Klymenko.
Earlier "Apostrophe" reported that Russians launched a missile attack on a residential building in Kharkiv Region.
