On Thursday, March 27, Russian terrorists struck the Kherson train station and surrounding infrastructure.
This was reported by the press service of Ukrzaliznytsia.
The company notes that there were no casualties.
"Railway infrastructure under enemy fire. As a result of the fire, a car of train No. 110 Kherson - Lviv was damaged, the train departed with a delay of one and a half hours. Fortunately, there were no casualties. Workers and passengers were in shelter. We will replace the damaged car with a reserve one at the nearest stations," the message says.
According to preliminary information, windows in the station building have been broken, and there is damage to power and water supply cables.
"We continue to move despite attempts to stop the railway," the UZ added.
