On the night of April 5, Ukrainian strike drones disabled the Promsintez enterprise in Chapayevsk, Samara Oblast, Russia. The plant is considered one of the leading manufacturers of industrial explosives.
Sources in the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) reported the attack, Suspilne writes.
It is noted that about 20 explosions were heard at the enterprise and several fires broke out. Because of this, the plant management stopped technological processes.
".. Security Service drones attacked the Promsintez enterprise in Chapayevsk, Samara Region, Russia... Promsintez is one of the leading manufacturers of industrial explosives (amonal, ammonite, granulite) in the Russian Federation and the CIS countries," SSU sources said.
The publication's interlocutors noted that in this way the SSU will continue to target Russian enterprises that are part of the military-industrial complex and produce weapons for the war against Ukrainians. Ukraine considers the relevant facilities as legitimate military targets.
On the morning of April 5, the authorities of the Samara region of the Russian Federation reported that one of the enterprises in Chapayevsk was attacked by drones, which led to a fire.
