Dnipro Mayor Boris Filatov said that during a missile attack on the city, the Russians hit a warehouse of napkins and diapers, causing a large-scale fire.
He wrote about this in Telegram.
He noted that he spoke with the owner of the warehouse, and there was no hint of "NATO officers" at the scene of the attack.
"Let's do it quickly, in Russian and without official propaganda. So that even morons can understand. The ***s hit a warehouse of napkins and diapers with a missile. That's why it's burning so badly. No "NATO officers" or "mercenaries". I personally talked to the owner," Filatov wrote.
The city's mayor called another ballistic attack an act of outright terror.
"This is terror. Terror that is not covered up by anything... They are simply preparing ballistics on diapers and playgrounds... And while one grandfather dreams of being kissed "in the f***ing" and making deals, a "superpower" has never looked so ridiculous and ugly..." , added the mayor of Dnipro.
As stated by the OVA, the number of victims in Dnipro has increased to five, and a warehouse employee died.
"Currently, there are 5 victims known to have been injured in the Russian missile strike on the Dnieper River. Earlier, three were reported injured," the report says.
Rescuers are fighting the fire to prevent it from spreading to production facilities. Civilian facilities were affected: warehouses with diapers, wet wipes, tea, foil, and household goods.
