On the night of April 8, the enemy attacked Poltava Region, hitting a residential building. Almost a hundred rescuers were working at the scene, and the operation lasted more than 3 hours. One person was killed and 12 injured, including children.

The report notes that today almost 100 rescuers were working in Poltava Region, where the Russians launched a missile attack on a residential apartment building. It is noted that this is an attack that the enemy carried out last night, April 8:
"The occupiers launched a missile attack last night on a two-story apartment building where about 30 people lived."
The SES rescued 2 people. In addition, psychologists from the National Police and the State Emergency Service provided psychological assistance to about 20 local residents.
As of the morning, it is known that 1 person was killed and 12 others were injured, including two children.
"In addition, two three-story buildings, one four-story building and about a dozen cars were damaged by the missile strike," said the SES representatives, noting that the rescue operation lasted more than 3 hours.
