In one of the apartments of a high-rise building in Kryvyi Rih there was an explosion, which is not related to hostilities.
This was reported by the Head of the City Military Administration Oleksandr Vilkul.
"Tonight in Dovhyntsivskyi District, on 21st Brigade of NGU Street, an explosion occurred in an apartment on the 4th floor of a nine-story building, which is not related to hostilities. The causes of the explosion are being established," he said.
It is reported that the fire, that broke out, was extinguished. The ceilings between the 3rd and 4th, 4th and 5th floors of the building were destroyed. Seven people were injured, 2 of them were hospitalized, their condition is moderate. The rubble is being cleared, and there may be more victims under the rubble.
"All operational and utility services of the city are involved. At 6:00 a.m., a headquarters was set up at school No. 128, where residents of the affected apartments can apply, and there will be an opportunity to receive construction materials," Vilkul said.
