The Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration (ORMA), Oleh Kiper, reported on his Telegram channel that a Russian attack had hit civilian infrastructure in Odesa.

"We already know about the victims, who are being provided with medical help, their number is being clarified. The fire is currently being extinguished," he wrote at 8:50 a.m.

Elimination of the consequences of the enemy attack continues.

Petro Obukhov, a member of the Odesa City Council, told KIEV24 TV channel that a large fire broke out at the site of the hit, saying that it is likely that the enemy hit a civilian building, not a residential building, but it has no military function. The building could have served as a storage facility.

The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Russian occupiers attacked the Odessa Region with two cruise missiles, probably Iskander-K, on the morning of June 24.

"Thanks to the active countermeasures of the air defense of southern Ukraine, one of the missiles did not reach its target," the Air Command South said in a statement.
