The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that the Russians struck with an Iskander-M ballistic missile with a cluster warhead.

Yuriy Ignat, spokesman for the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, also accused Russia of lying.
" Some racist media outlets write that they delivered a precision strike and destroyed a restaurant with foreign military personnel, others say that all our air defenses are killing civilians... On the night of April 5, the Russians again massively attacked Kryvyi Rih, this time with drones. One woman was killed, seven people were injured. The strike caused fires in the private residential sector. Private houses, a playground, a tram track, minibuses and cars were damaged.
Earlier, the head of the Central Intelligence Agency at the National Security and Defense Council , Andriy Kovalenko, stated that this was a deliberate strike by the Russian Federation in order to kill a large number of people.
