On the order of dictator Vladimir Putin, Russia has begun preparations for exercises to practice the use of non-strategic nuclear weapons in the near future.
This is stated in an official statement by the Russian Defense Ministry.
It is reported that the exercises will be conducted with missile formations of the Southern Military District with the involvement of aviation and the Russian Navy. During the exercises, a set of measures will be taken to practise the preparation and use of non-strategic nuclear weapons.
"The exercises are aimed at maintaining the readiness of personnel and equipment of units for the combat use of non-strategic nuclear weapons to respond and unconditionally ensure the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Russian state in response to provocative statements and threats by individual Western officials against the Russian Federation," the enemy's Defense Ministry said in a statement.
