Some details were provided by Serhiy Bratchuk, spokesman for the Ukrainian Volunteer Army and head of the public council under the Odessa Regional Military Administration.

It is noted that at least three explosions were heard over Volgograd at around 03:30. According to preliminary data, the attack was on the local oil refinery "LUKOIL-Volgogradneftepererabotka". The UAVs were probably flying at low altitude from the direction of the Rostov region.

"In the Kayukovka farm, a blast wave damaged windows in a private house on Tsentralnaya Street. Russian air defense fragments hit a car on the Morozovsk-Tsimlyansk highway in the Rostov region," the report says.

But in Akhtubinsk, Astrakhan region, at least four explosions were recorded. Locals complained of partial damage to several residential buildings after the attack. The target of the attack was probably the airfield.
