Putin is preparing terrorist attacks in Belarus: insights from European intelligence services

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is planning to carry out terrorist attacks in Belarus in order to blame Ukraine.

This was reported by the Robert Lansing Institute for Global Threats and Democracies Studies.

After the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow, the Kremlin has intensified its discrediting of Ukraine and does not lose hope of dragging Belarus into a war. According to European intelligence services, the Kremlin is doing everything it can to make Ukraine "pull back" some of its troops from the southern and eastern fronts to the northern borders.

As a result, it would have more opportunities to maneuver its troops on the Kharkiv or Sumy directions. This scenario confirms the warnings that Russia is preparing an offensive against Kharkiv and Kyiv, according to a report by the Lansing Institute.

Putin and Lukashenko also want to blame the units of Belarusian volunteers fighting on the side of Ukraine for future "terrorist attacks." In particular, this applies to fighters from the Kalinovsky Regiment.

Earlier, Alexander Lukashenko said that the attackers on Crocus City Hall initially fled toward Belarus, not Ukraine.
