The Kyiv Court of Appeal overturned its decision to arrest in absentia former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych. This was reported by the publication "Graty" from the courtroom.
The decision regarding the Maidan in Kyiv on February 18-20, 2014 was cancelled. Earlier, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv in absentia chose a measure of restraint for Yanukovych in the form of detention.

These are special confiscations of $ 1.5 billion from companies working with the ex-president who fled.
