Underground hospitals and educational institutions will be built in the Kherson Region, which is constantly shelled by Russians.
This was announced by the Head of Kherson Regional Military Administration (RMA), Oleksandr Prokudin.
"We are creating 'underground hospitals' in Kherson region on the basis of four medical institutions. The shelters will house a blood donation center, operating rooms, intensive care units, boxes for patients with infectious diseases, and a perinatal center. The plan is to extend this experience to educational institutions so that children can study at school desks in safety. We also talked about the reconstruction of the region and cooperation with other regions within the framework of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities," Prokudin wrote.
