Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, noted an important aspect after the agreements between US President Donald Trump and Russian dictator Vladimir Putin regarding a 30-day renunciation of attacks on Ukraine's energy sector.
He wrote about this in Telegram.
"It turns out that after the statement of the Russian Ministry of Defense about the cessation of attacks on energy infrastructure and the mention of the "Ukrainian military-technical forces", any new attack on Ukraine will mean that they are deliberately attacking civilians. I believe it is very important to record this," Kovalenko emphasizes.
Recall that the United States and Russia may hold a second phase of negotiations on the details of the ceasefire in Ukraine - they are scheduled for Sunday, March 23.
