The Kyiv Court of Appeal left unchanged the ruling of the first instance court on the choice of a preventive measure in the form of detention for fugitive President Viktor Yanukovych.
This was reported by the court's press service.
" According to the results of the appeal hearing, the ruling of the investigating judge of the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv dated February 6, 2025 was left unchanged, and the appeal of the defense was dismissed," the report says.
