On Thursday, April 10, Russia launched a missile strike on the Dnieper River, killing one person. The first footage from the scene of the attack has been released online.
The photo was distributed by the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.
As noted by the prosecutor's office, one person was killed and three others were injured as a result of the attack on the city.
"A 42-year-old man was killed as a result of the shelling, and three other people were injured," the report said.
Infrastructure suffered significant damage. Information about victims and destruction is being clarified.
Emergency services and law enforcement officers arrived at the scene of the attack and recorded another Russian war crime. The prosecutor's office has launched an investigation.
"Under the procedural leadership of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings into the commission of a war crime that caused the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)," the press service reported.
