Russian occupation troops are forced to retreat in the Pokrovske direction with significant losses.
This was emphasized on the air of the national telethon by the spokesman for the Khortytsia Regional Administrative District, Viktor Tregubov.
The Russians continue their attempts to capture Pokrovske, but the latest efforts are marked by significant losses.
Tregubov emphasizes that the occupiers are not having success in the Pokrovske direction, although they are attracting significant resources to the assaults.
A spokesman for the Khortytsia Municipal Security Service said:
"Pokrovske remains the most intensive direction. The interesting element of the Pokrovsk direction is that it is precisely there, despite the fact that the Russians are exerting the most effort, that they are having the least success there."
He also mentioned a recent major assault, during which 90 enemy-engaged motorcycles were destroyed along with their crews.
Also, according to the major, in the Kotlyne area and to the west of it, the occupiers began to retreat.
As Apostrophe previously reported, on April 20, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, referring to the report of Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky on the front, announced that Russian troops had violated the Easter truce.
