Zaluzhny spoke about a very important skill for the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ambassador of Ukraine to Britain Valeriy Zaluzhny explained what skills he considers important for a commander-in-chief, recalling his own experience.

This is stated in a post on Facebook.

The Ukrainian Ambassador to Britain recalls having a conversation about how to work in conditions where there are no rules, no time, and no room for error.

"Then it's important not to be afraid to make decisions and take responsibility. To be confident and experienced. To be a professional in your field," he points out.

Zaluzhny also noted that during his time as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, he clearly realized that it is not enough to simply have your own opinion. You must be able to substantiate and defend it:

"When I was the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, I understood that it was important to have one's own opinion. It is very important to defend it. Because these decisions have a very high price, which is measured in human lives."

We also recall that earlier Valeriy Zaluzhny spoke about the two most important decisions that Ukrainian soldiers must make.
