Spokesperson for the Armed Forces of Ukraine criticized Turkey for extraditing to Russia a suspect in the murder of General Moskalyk Dmytro Lykhovii, an officer of the Main Communications Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, drew attention to the fact that Turkey extradited Ignat Kuzin to Russia, whom the Russian FSB suspects of participating in the liquidation of the deputy head of the Russian General Staff, Major General Moskalik.
