Ukrainian businessman Vladyslav Klishchar claims that he did not take part in business relations between "Lviv Arsenal" LLC and the Slovak company Sevotech a.s. on the supply of weapons to Ukraine, which later caused a scandal and an investigation.
This is stated in the statement of Vladyslav Klischar to the mass media.
"I have never, and therefore, even at the time of the contractual relations between these companies, was not a member of any bodies or an employee of Sevotech a.s., and I did not participate in any preparation of business relations with "Lviv Arsenal" LLC. This is confirmed by the letter of the Chairman of the Council directors of Sevotech a.s.", - he noted.
The businessman announced that he had sent the letter to Sevotech a.s. with a request to exclude his name from the company's structures on June 30, 2023.
"It follows from this written communication that I never gave my consent for my person to be included in the Sevotech a.s. structure", Klishchar said.
He claims that the purpose of publishing unreliable articles about him is an attempt to mislead the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine.
