Andrii Naumenko has been appointed as the new director of the Odesa port terminal "Olimpex Coupe International", who has close ties to a businessman with a Russian passport - Jhashi Vaja Enrikovich.
This was reported by journalist "Facts" Volodymyr Dobrov in his material on April 29.
As the publication notes, for the past two years, the Ukrainian agroholding GNT Group has been in litigation with its American creditors Argentem Creek Partners and Innovatus. Creditors believe that the Ukrainian company is not fulfilling its obligations, while GNT Group is confident that the funds from the USA are attempting to seize their assets by raiding them in favor of an unknown third party.
After the decision of the Western Appeals Commercial Court to change the head of "Olimpex Coupe International" at the request of creditors Argentem Creek Partners and Innovatus, businessman Andriі Naumenko informed the terminal about obtaining full rights to manage the assets of the Argentem Creek Partners fund.
"On April 26, Andriі Naumenko, with the support of unidentified individuals, arrived at the terminal territory in an attempt to block its operation. Andriі Naumenko is the director of the company "Grain Invest Ukraine", the ultimate beneficiary of which is the Russian citizen Jhashi Vaja Enrikovich," the material reads.
As journalists report, citing a source in the Office of the Prosecutor General, Jashi Vazha Enrikovich is suspected of working against the national interests of Ukraine - within the framework of criminal case 22023000000000306 dated 31.03.2023, this person is suspected of several crimes against Ukraine during the war with Russia. In particular, a criminal case under Article 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (financing actions aimed at forcibly changing or overthrowing the constitutional order or seizing state power, changing the borders of the territory or state border of Ukraine) is being investigated against him.
