Kyiv honors the memory of the Heavenly Hundred, participants of the Revolution of Dignity who died on Instytutska Street in February 2014.

The event is currently taking place on the alley of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes, everyone can lay flowers and light candles near the temporary memorial and portraits of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes.
Currently, there are about 200 people near the temporary memorial, but people leave and new ones come immediately to lay flowers in memory of the victims.
Today, February 20, marks the 10th anniversary of the mass shootings on the Maidan in Kyiv and the Russian invasion of Crimea. February 20, 2014 was the culmination of the Revolution of Dignity: the largest number of people died for freedom and democratic values in Kyiv - 48. They and the 54 killed participants of peaceful protests in the winter of 2013-2014 were called the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred. Later, the ranks of the Heavenly Hundred were joined by the participants of the Revolution of Dignity who died defending the territorial integrity of Ukraine in the spring of 2014.
