On the night of April 12, Russia once again attacked Kyiv with strike drones, injuring two people. Fires at the site of the attack are being extinguished.
This was reported by the press services of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko .
Rescuers are currently eliminating the consequences in the Svyatoshynskyi district of the capital.
At one of the addresses, a fire broke out in a one-story warehouse building with an area of 1,500 sq. m. The fire was localized at 06:22.
According to another, a fire broke out in two warehouse buildings with an area of 1,000 and 150 sq m with partial destruction, on the territory of an industrial enterprise. Work to contain the fire is ongoing.
"Two people were injured as a result of the enemy attack. Medics are providing assistance," the report says.
Meanwhile, Klitschko reported that a private house was on fire in the Darnytsia district as a result of falling UAV debris.
Emergency services are working on the scene.
