On Sunday, January 30, Canadian Minister of National Defence Anita Anand arrived in Ukraine on a two-day visit. The delegation was met at the airport by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Polishchuk.

According to the department, on January 31, Minister of Defence of Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov will meet with Minister of National Defence of Canada Anita Anand.
Earlier, Apostrophe wrote that on January 20, a Royal Canadian Armed Forces warship departed for Europe and the Black Sea near Russia. The mission of the ship will last six months.
We also remind you that the Government of Canada decided to allocate $340 million for immediate support to Ukraine, extend Operation UNIFIER for additional three years to the end of March 2025, and increase the total number of Canadian training military personnel in Ukraine to 400 people.
