"Freedom of Russia" Legion fighters are ready to start negotiations with Moscow to exchange the village of Tiotkino in the Glushkovsky District of Kursk Region of the Russian Federation for Melitopol in Zaporizhzhia Region of Ukraine.
This was stated on the air of the Espresso TV by Oleksiy Baranovsky, an FRL volunteer.
He believes that, in fact, the idea that the dictator Vladimir Putin voiced yesterday is not so bad. According to the Head of the Kremlin, Ukraine's alleged attacks on the territory of the Russian Federation are aimed at gaining a "trump card" in a possible negotiation process: "Well, we will return it to you, and you return it to us," Putin said.
The Russian volunteer does not rule out that the armed opposition will even accept his offer and exchange Tiotkino for Melitopol. "I think it will be a good deal. We are ready to start negotiations with the presidential administration to make this exchange, this is quite a working option," he said.
At the same time, representatives of the FSB and Russia's Main Intelligence Directorate did not get in touch to discuss these issues.
"I think they are waiting for a signal from Moscow. After all, they only do what they are told from "above." In general, border guards are also part of the FSB. So far, FSB representatives and border guards have been performing only those functions dictated by their instinct for self-preservation. But when the teams from Moscow arrive, maybe then they will start some negotiations," he said.
