U.S. State Department announces when Ukraine may join NATO

Ukraine may join NATO after the war with Russia is over.

This was stated by Spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State, Matthew Miller.

"Ultimately, this is a process that will move forward after the end of this conflict," he said.

Miller emphasized that the US position on this issue has remained unchanged for some time.

He also noted that the issue of Ukraine was discussed during the last meeting of NATO Foreign Ministers in Brussels last week, as well as at a meeting between US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba.

Earlier, Apostrophe reported that the main message of Ukraine to NATO countries at the meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council in Brussels was the supply of Patriot systems.
