Russia has announced the end of the ban on strikes on Ukrainian energy facilities. There are no plans to extend the moratorium yet.
This was stated by the Russian dictator's spokesman Dmitry Peskov at a briefing.
He noted that the 30-day ban on strikes on Ukrainian energy infrastructure has ended. There have been no new similar orders from the Russian dictator.
"A month has really passed. At the moment, there have been no other instructions from the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, President Putin," he said.
He also added that there has already been some progress regarding Ukraine. It was related to a temporary moratorium on strikes on energy facilities.
Previously, the General Staff of Ukraine regularly stated that the relevant moratorium was not being observed. In particular, since March 25, the Russians have carried out multiple strikes, destroying distribution networks in Poltava, Kryvyi Rih, Kharkiv, and Kherson.
According to the National Security and Defense Council, since the announcement of the "energy ceasefire", Russia has violated its commitments more than 30 times .
As "Apostrophe" wrote, Ukraine previously agreed with the United States a list of energy facilities that the Russian Federation should stop attacking as part of a partial ceasefire.
