The Head of Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Sinegubov, made an important statement regarding the report about the Russian army's offensive on Kupyansk. The Head of the region said that the AFU has something to respond to the enemy's attempt to seize the city. They have something to repel 500 tanks standing on the approaches to Kupyansk.
The Head of the region emotionally reacted in his Telegram channel to the information published by Forbes.
According to Sinegubov, the Russian army has been trying to seize Kharkiv region since February 2022. The AFU has already held back more than one hostile offensive in this direction, but the enemy has not been able to achieve any of its goals for two years.
"Russian army has been attacking in this direction since February 2022. And since the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the occupants have not left their intentions to retake these territories, because this is a logistically important direction for them. Therefore, every day the enemy doesn't stop striking: KABs, FABs, artillery, MLRS, drones - the Russian Federation uses the whole arsenal of weapons in Kupyansk Region". - writes the Head of Kharkiv RMA.
For more than six months, the enemy has been continuously assaulting Ukrainian positions on this section of the front with intense fire attacks. But Ukrainian military forces have consistently repulsed the occupants
"The AFU have been repelling enemy attacks all this time, we are constantly strengthening the defense capability of the entire region. The Armed Forces are ready for any further scenarios, enemy actions and quick response to the results of intelligence. We have something to oppose the enemy!" - assured the Head of Kharkiv RMA.
