The High Council of Justice dismissed Pavlo Vovk, a judge of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv, for committing a significant disciplinary offense.
This was reported on the Telegram channel of the High Council of Justice.
"On March 18, 2025, the High Council of Justice adopted a decision to dismiss Pavlo Vyacheslavovych Vovk from the position of judge of the District Administrative Court of the city of Kyiv on the basis of paragraph 3 of part six of Article 126 of the Constitution of Ukraine," the HRP said in a statement.
Recall, Vovk was removed from office in November 2024.
He appears in the "OASK tapes" case , according to which Vovk interfered in the work of the court and influenced the adoption of certain decisions. Under his leadership, the OASK was known for scandals, in particular, the cancellation of the decision to nationalize Privatbank.
