During the attack on Engels airfield, the Russians lost missiles, including the Kh-101.
This was announced by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, Andriy Kovalenko.
" At Engels, as a result of the strike, the Russians lost missiles, including the Kh-101. The number will be clear later," he said.
According to Kovalenko, the Engels airfield stores the largest number of missiles used by the Russian strategic aviation to strike Ukraine.
X-101 is a strategic air-to-surface cruise missile using radar-stealth reduction technologies.
As a reminder, on the night of March 20, drones attacked the Engels-2 military airfield in the Saratov region, which is a key facility for deploying strategic bombers capable of carrying nuclear weapons.
