"Not only in Kursk": Zelensky confirmed the presence of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the territory of the Russian Federation

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that Ukrainian troops are on Russian territory not only in the Kursk region.

The head of state said this during a briefing.

At the same time, the president did not say where exactly the Ukrainian troops are still located.

"We are in the territory of the Kursk region, and not only in the territory of the Kursk region, by the way, we have a presence," Zelensky said.

At the same time, he added that the Russians want to completely oust Ukrainian forces from Kursk.

"It is clear that the occupiers want to do everything possible, of course, they have symbolic dates. Next month there are symbolic dates for them when they want to show certain victorious steps. But for now, we control the situation, we are there and this is very important for us," the president noted.

In addition, he emphasized that in the Kursk region, the Defense Forces are holding back a Russian group of 64,000 soldiers.

"This is a very serious group that could spread everywhere and attack us from other directions along the entire front line," the head of state stated.

The other day, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Ukrainians continue to control part of the Kursk region of Russia.
