The Ambassador published a screenshot of the air alert notifications on her smartphone and wrote that this is what Ukrainians saw.
"This is what Ukrainians saw on their phones this morning: millions of men, women and children are in bomb shelters because Russia is shelling missiles at the entire country. Ukraine needs funding now to continue the fight for freedom from such horror in 2024," Brink emphasized.
