Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (GUR) announced that shooting in the suburbs of Moscow is a deliberate provocation by Putin's special services, writes Ukrainian Pravda.
The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR) condemned the recent shooting incident in the suburbs of Moscow, calling it a "deliberate provocation" by the regime of Vladimir Putin.
"This is a deliberate provocation by Putin's special services, about which the international community was warned," said Andriy Yusov, a Representative of the GUR.
Yusov's statement indicates the assumption that the Putin regime may be interested in destabilizing the situation and diverting attention from the difficult situation around the war in Ukraine.
Putin used similar tactics early in his career and is likely preparing to use them again to complete his political path.
"The Kremlin tyrant started his career with this and wants to end it with the same crimes against his own citizens," Yusov concluded.
