Syrskyi declared victory in the Black Sea

The fact that Ukraine gained an advantage over the Russian occupiers in the Black Sea is largely due to the SBU fighters.

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi wrote about this on SBU Day.

" Today is about those who are waging an invisible but vital struggle. Who are working to ensure that Ukraine remains strong and wins. The Security Service of Ukraine, like all of our people, is being tested by war. You are changing, becoming stronger and more effective, identifying and neutralizing enemy agents ," Syrsky noted.

He emphasized that the work of the SBU is not only analytics and counterintelligence.

" These are risky and high-precision military operations, including in conjunction with other units of the Defense Forces. These are effective strikes deep behind enemy lines. These are missions that allow the Armed Forces of Ukraine to move forward and change the course of the war. Ukraine has gained an advantage over the aggressor in the Black Sea — and this is a significant merit of yours ," the commander-in-chief wrote.

Syrsky thanked the SBU fighters for their courage, professionalism, and indomitability and wished them new successes.

As Apostrophe reported, Russian-American negotiations could increase Russia's influence in the Black Sea .
