On the night of Saturday, April 5, drones attacked a Russian factory in Saransk that produces fiber-optic cables used to control drones.
Ukrainian military and blogger Kyrylo Sazonov wrote on Facebook that "birds of revenge" had flown to the Optical Fiber Systems enterprise.
" And the most interesting thing. There is zero resistance and defense. And this seemed logical just a day ago. Who to defend yourself from, the borders with Ukraine are more than 800 km away! But does the Armed Forces of Ukraine really have weapons that can cover such a distance and hit the target? Hey, good evening, we are from Ukraine. We don't have anything like that and can't have it. Go to bed already... ", wrote Sazonov.
Volunteer and blogger Serhiy Sternenko reported that an explosives production plant in Chapayevsk, Samara Oblast, was also attacked at night.
Previously, GUR drones attacked a plant in the Kaluga region of the Russian Federation , in the workshops of which the production of drones was organized.
