On the night of April 8, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with an Iskander-M ballistic missile launched from the Kursk region, as well as 46 strike drones launched from the Primorsko-Akhtarsk region.

Mobile fire groups and electronic warfare units actively repelled the attack.
As of 8:00 a.m., the successful destruction of 9 "Shaheeds" and other types of drones in the eastern and northern regions of Ukraine has been confirmed. In addition, 31 enemy drone simulators were lost in location (this did not lead to negative consequences).
The Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Donetsk regions were affected by the Russian attack.
