Three people, including a child, were killed in a Russian drone strike on the Dnipro on Wednesday evening, April 16.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service.
Previously, 28 people were injured, including 4 children. Damage was caused to houses, student dormitories, buildings of an educational institution and a food enterprise, as well as cars. Several fires broke out in the city due to the UAV attack. All of them have now been extinguished.
According to Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov, the Russians tried to strike the city hall.
"Yes, yes. At the city hall. But they didn't hit. Arrival 100 meters away. Right next to the monument to Paul. But we have a powerful one. ... And they also destroyed my wife's store. I responsibly declare that apart from women's clothing, there was not a single NATO soldier there," he wrote.
As a reminder, footage of a UAV strike on the occupiers in the Ivanovo region of the Russian Federation has appeared online .
