China refused to attend Peace Summit: what were its conditions

China has confirmed that it will not attend a Ukraine Peace Summit in Switzerland due to the absence of Russian representatives.

This was reported by Reuters.

It is noted that Beijing declined the invitation because the conditions for their attendance were not met. China's demands included that "the conference should be endorsed by both Russia and Ukraine, with the equal participation of all parties, and that all peace proposals should be discussed in a fair and equal manner."
