This was reported by the Kyiv City Military Administration (CMA).
The Head of the Kyiv CMA Serhiy Popko noted that the missile strike on Kyiv on June 30 was different from the last ones launched by Russia:
"Today's missile strike on Kyiv is different from numerous recent enemy air attacks on the capital of Ukraine. The enemy did not strike at night, did not launched combined or massive attack. It was not carried out with ballistic weapons or cruise missiles from strategic bombers."
According to the Head of the Kyiv CMA, the Russian occupiers are looking for new tactics, methods and means of attack:
"The aggressor is trying new tactics - it is looking for the right time, methods and means to hit Kyiv. Because the capital of Ukraine has always been and will be one of the highest priority targets for the invaders!"
At the same time, the press service of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office reported that an investigation had been launched into the enemy's missile attack on the capital:
"Under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings over the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)."
According to the investigation, on June 30, at about 7:30 p.m., Russia once again violated the laws and customs of war by firing a missile at civilian infrastructure in Kyiv.
"The pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings is carried out by investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in Kyiv and Kyiv Region," the statement said.
