Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Vadym Prystaiko is scheduled to visit the US in late February, as he told Radio Svoboda on February 6.
Prystaiko shared his plans to visit New York to talk about Crimea and Eastern Ukraine at the UN General Assembly. He will also hold meetings with the U.S. State Department and Congress officials.
The U.S. Department of State is yet to confirm Prystaiko’s visit.
As Apostrophe reported earlier, Donald Trump was acquitted on both impeachment articles. The impeachment process was fueled by Trump’s attempts to push Ukraine to investigate the president’s political opponent.
