Putin was ‘bailed on’ with the Donbas issue?: Bogdan’s statement in an interview with Sobchak

The former head of the President's Office, lawyer and businessman Andriy Bohdan, who owns 10 apartments in an elite Chicago apartment building in central Kyiv and a luxury estate in Kozyn, said that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had failed to fulfil his obligations to Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was told by Bogdan in an interview to the Russian TV presenter Ksenia Sobchak.

"Negotiating groups signed the documents, which were also published on the Internet. However, in the end, none of the obligations under these agreements were fulfilled. Bailed on? Well, I don't know – nobody fulfils their obligations. Maybe they shouldn't have taken such responsibilities? Maybe they should have thought first, whether they were able to do it?" - Bogdan said.

According to Bogdan, it is also related to the obligations under the Minsk agreements. Especially, the one regarding the Advisory Board, which they tried to create last spring. He specified that there is no negotiating group in which representatives of Ukraine can negotiate with representatives of the so-called "LPR / DPR".

"This negotiating group has never been established," Bogdan said.

According to “Apostrophe”, reported, earlier Andrii Bogdan was represented as the General Prosecutor of Ukraine. However, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that it was decided to "save" Bogdan from such kind of power.
