No compromise: Zelensky responded to "peacekeepers" about the war with Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky states that Ukraine cannot agree to negotiations with the occupants as no one will forgive Russia for the crimes committed by its army.

This was said by the President of Ukraine during a discussion with journalists in Buenos Aires.

"No one will forgive Russia. And certainly they won't be able to occupy Ukraine because they will be set on fire every day in our homes if they go in there, occupy and live. Certainly, this is a moment of no return, because they have killed so many people, and every family has some losses," Zelensky emphasized.

The Head of State is convinced that Russian invaders won't be able to realize the announced goals in the war against Ukraine. At the same time, the President noted that certain steps should be taken to stop the war.

"Certainly, we want to end it in a way that it would not start again. We need certain security guarantees," Zelensky said.

Also Zelensky noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin doesn't need peace because he is not interested in an independent Ukraine, which he needs only as a part and enclave within the Russian Federation.

"He doesn't want any dialog. He doesn't want to stop the war. It is just two words on the phone for him today to stop the war. Two words to say to his troops. Just withdraw to their territory," Zelensky emphasized.

Previously "Apostrophe" reported that the Head of the Pentagon Lloyd Austin assured that the United States will continue to support Kiev and provide the AFU's actual needs on the battlefield.
